Access Level-Funded Renewals in the Producer Portal

Applies to Fully Insured and active Level-Funded Small Groups only

Texas producers can retrieve Small Group Level-Funded renewals for qualifying groups through the Blue Access for Producers^SM portal. Renewal exhibits for Nov. 1. effective dates will be available beginning the second week of August.

To access renewal packages in the Producer portal:

1.    Select Group in the left navigation panel.

2.    Select Review Renewal Packages.

Notes:

• You can filter and search by Renewal Effective Month and Year, Account Number and Producer Name.
• Renewal information will be available in the producer portal for six months from the renewal date.

If you cannot find the renewal, please email us with a full screenshot that includes the producer number and login name used to access the producer portal.
