Quick Overview: Members who want to start earning Blue Points^℠ and tracking their wellness progress can download the AlwaysOn^® Wellness mobile app. Powered by Well onTarget^®, the app allows members to monitor activities, track progress, and redeem rewards directly from their mobile device.

What is the AlwaysOn app?
The AlwaysOn Wellness app connects members to the Well onTarget program, making it easier to:

• Track wellness activities
• Monitor progress toward health goals
• Earn Blue Points
• Redeem points for gift cards

Before you begin:
Members must have account online member account through Blue Access for Members^℠. If a member does not have an online member account, they will need to register first.

How to download and access the AlwaysOn app
Follow these steps:

• New users: Download the AlwaysOn Wellness app and select Sign Up. Members can download the app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). 
• Existing users: Open the app and enter account username and password.
  • Select the Well onTarget tile
  • You will be directed to the Well onTarget portal
  • Use your online member account credentials to sign in

What happens next
Once the AlwaysOn Wellness app is set up, members are ready to earn Blue Points by completing eligible wellness activities. Members can read more about managing wellness in this guide.
