Make It Easy for Clients to Find In-Network Care

When clients have questions about their health plan, being able to guide them quickly builds confidence and trust. If a client needs a new doctor or specialist, Find Care is an easy place to start.

How it works:

Find Care helps direct users to the right place to search for providers.

• Personalized search: Members should log in to their online member account. Once logged in, they can view a personalized list of in-network providers that match their specific plan. They can also review estimated in-network costs and see details about out-of-network coverage.
• Guest search: If a client has not created an account or does not yet have coverage, they can search as a guest. 
  • Find medical doctors and hospitals. When using the guest search, users should enter the ZIP code >> select Individual & Family Plans >> select their plan >> enter search terms in the Search for People, Places and Medical Specialties field.
  • Other provider searches are available. Users can search for dental providers, find vision providers, and locate in-network pharmacies.
