How it Works

Headway provides a list of mental health providers based off your location, concerns and insurance carrier - so for TRS-Care Standard, that's Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

To get started:

Go to Headway's website.
Select your location, mental health concern and insurance carrier. Or look up a provider by name if you already have one in mind.
Choose from a list of mental health providers. You'll see their name, title, specialties, biography and when their next available appointment is.
