Well onTarget offers personalized tools and resources to help all participants — no matter where they may be on their path to health and wellness. They have three ways to access these online tools:
Participants can see how their health measures up by taking a Health Assessment. All they need to do is answer a few questions about their health and lifestyle. Then, they'll get a personalized report that suggests programs that can help them improve their health.
Particiants can access videos, podcasts, 12-week programs and other tools to help them with things like:
Participant can track how much they move and what they eat by linking their fitness devices and nutrition apps in Well onTarget or use the built-in tracking tools in the portal. Either way, they’ll easily see all their tracked stats in one place.
Blue PointsSM is a special program that allows participants to earn points that can be redeemed for rewards.
New for 2025
If you're familiar with Blue Points, you may remember redeeming points at the online merchandise mall. This has retired as of December 31, 2024.
As of January 1, 2025, Blue Points is redeemable for digital gift cards from a wide variety of merchants with customizable amounts—providing participants with many reward options.
Any unredeemed points from 2024 have carried over to 2025.
To earn Blue Points:
