Prevention Made Easy

Catapult provides in-person and virtual, personalized prevention check-ups. They include lab tests, virtual health checkups, and a brief private consultation with a nurse practitioner. You’ll receive an action plan based on your results, and a follow-up phone call if you are at high-risk for disease. You’ll be able to see your results in Blue Access for Members^℠ (BAM^℠).
