When it comes to your mental health, you may know what you need or aren't sure where to start. Headway can help you find the right fit.

How it Works

Headway provides a list of mental health providers based off your location, concerns and insurance carrier - so for TRS-ActiveCare, that's Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

To get started:

  • Go to Headway's website.
  • Select your location, mental health concern and insurance carrier. Or look up a provider by name if you already have one in mind.
  • Choose from a list of mental health providers. You'll see their name, title, specialties, biography and when their next available appointment is.
  • Book your appointment.
