Virtual Visits

Our virtual visits solution, powered by MDLIVE^®, lets you have a live consultation with an independently contracted, board-certified MDLIVE^® doctor or behavioral health specialist. Instead of going to the office, virtual visits allow you access to care for non-emergency situations by phone, mobile app or online video anytime, anywhere that works best for you.

Appointments are private and secure and average wait time is less than 20 minutes. And a virtual visit can cost less than going to the urgent care clinic or emergency room. Virtual visits may also be available through your current provider.

Getting Care

MDLIVE's doctors can treat many non-emergency medical conditions, like:

Allergies
Cold/Flu
Ear Infection
Fever
Rash

They can also write — and send — prescriptions (when appropriate) to a nearby pharmacy.

Get care when — and where — you need it.

Virtual Visits may be limited by plan. For providers licensed in New Mexico and the District of Columbia, Urgent Care service is limited to interactive online video; Behavioral Health service requires video for the initial visit but may use video or audio for follow-up visits, based on the provider’s clinical judgment.
