Employees should check their benefit booklet or call the Customer Service number on the back of their ID card for specific benefit facts. Use of Blue365 does not change monthly payments, nor do costs of the services or products count toward any maximums and/or plan deductibles. Hinge Health is an independent company that provides an online musculoskeletal program for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. Hinge Health is solely responsible for the products and services that it provides.

SilverSneakers^® is a wellness program owned and operated by Tivity Health, Inc., an independent company. Tivity Health and SilverSneakers^® are registered trademarks or trademarks of Tivity Health, Inc., and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates in the USA and/or other countries. 

TruHearing^® is a registered trademark of TruHearing, Inc., which is an independent company providing discounts on hearing aids.

Teledoc Health is a separate company that provides services for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. Teledoc Health is solely responsible for the products and services it provides.

The Healthy Activity Portal is a website owned and operated by HealthMine, Inc., an independent company that has contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas to provide digital health and personal clinical engagement tools and services for members with coverage through BCBSTX.

Registration is required to participate. Visit www.BlueRewardsTX.com to register and see what Healthy Actions earn rewards. Maximum annual rewards of $100 in gift cards. One reward per Healthy Action per year. Healthy Action dates of service must be in the current plan year. Healthy Actions that earn rewards are subject to change.

Learn to Live, Inc. is an independent company that provides online behavioral health programs and tools for members with coverage through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

Learn to Live (L2L) offers customized, user-paced, online programs based on the proven principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The programs are confidential, accessible anywhere and based on years of research showing online CBT programs to be as effective as face-to-face therapy. L2L coaches are not providing services as licensed therapists, social workers or doctors and do not offer services requiring professional licensure such as psychotherapy. Coaches do not provide crisis support or emergency behavioral health services.

If you are a 65 Plus Medicare Plan (PPO) member, your plan includes behavioral health benefits. To find a list of providers, go to bcbstx.com and log in to Blue Access for Members℠.

Virtual Visits may be limited by plan. For providers licensed in New Mexico and the District of Columbia, Urgent Care service is limited to interactive online video; Behavioral Health service requires video for the initial visit but may use video or audio for follow-up visits, based on the provider’s clinical judgment. Behavioral Health is not available on all plans.

Wondr Health™, formerly Naturally Slim, is an independent company that has contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) to provide metabolic syndrome reduction program for members with coverage through BCBSTX.
