Whether you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, you should prepare as much as you can. We are here to help you with the following resources.

• Ovia Health™ apps feature health trackers and provide videos, tips, coaching and more. Ovia Fertility, Ovia Pregnancy and Ovia Parenting apps can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play. During sign-up, make sure to choose “I have Ovia Health as a benefit.” Then select BCBSTX as your health plan and enter your group name.
• Our maternity specialists will support you from early pregnancy until six weeks after delivery if your pregnancy is high-risk.
