Starting Nov. 2, 2026, you can reach out to your Health Advocate to verify if your current providers are in-network, find in-network providers, and for general benefit questions.
Beginning Jan. 1, 2027, you can contact a Health Advocate to address your specific medical benefits questions.
Health Advocates are available at 1-855-552-7960, from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday.
