What’s Changed

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission extended the deadline to May 14, 2024, for completion of the annual Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Drug Utilization Review survey for 2024.  

This year’s survey is for data material from Federal Fiscal Year 2023 (October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023).

This survey will assist in gathering the required data needed to report on Texas’s Prescription Drug Monitoring Program usage and meet federal reporting requirements for the following DUR Survey question:

1. Do you prescribe medication to Texas Medicaid Members?
