In January 2025, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership took actions to extend revalidation due dates and address enrollment gaps.
Providers who have started the revalidation and re-enrollment process should complete applications and address any outstanding deficiencies as soon as possible to minimize delays.
Providers who have not begun the revalidation process should start as soon as possible. In the Provider Enrollment and Management System, providers can verify their revalidation due date and start the revalidation process 180 calendar days prior to their revalidation due date.
