We invite you to two courses led by March of Dimes:
- Maternal Mental Health: It’s Not Just Postpartum. It’s Not Just Depression
- Perinatal Loss: Supporting Parents and Staff through Difficult Times
These e-learning modules are available on-demand through May 13, 2025. The maternal mental health training offers 1.0 continuing education credit, and the perinatal loss training offers 1.5 continuing education credits, at no cost to you.
To register for the courses and begin training, create a March of Dimes professional education account:
- Visit the registration page. Enter your email address, create a password for your account and select register
- Check your email for a confirmation email. Select the confirmation link in the email
- Complete all fields on your account profile
- Enter Course ID/Org ID: PE31
- Select save to complete your signup
If you already have a March of Dimes professional education account:
- Log in on the registration page. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by selecting forgot password
- Go to your course dashboard and select edit my profile
- Under profile details, add your new Course ID/Org ID: PE31
- Select save. You will see the new courses on your dashboard. They may take a few minutes to load
About the courses: March of Dimes is an independent organization dedicated to supporting maternal and infant health.
The maternal mental health training will provide an overview of:
- The impact of maternal mental health disorders on mothers, babies and families
- Risk factors, signs and symptoms for maternal mental health disorders
- Strategies for increased screening in the perinatal period
The perinatal loss training will provide an overview of:
- The types and prevalence of perinatal loss
- Strategies and resources for providing care and support to families during a loss
- Self-care strategies for health care professionals after a perinatal loss

Accreditation: In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and March of Dimes. Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education and the American Nurses Credentialing Center to provide continuing education for the health care team.
