Reminder

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) Medicaid would like to inform all our contracted providers delivering Financial Management Services Agency (FMSA), that on June 1, 2023 the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) advised the FMSA state fiscal year (SFY) 2022 Cost Survey template will be available to download on the Provider Finance Department, Long-term Services and Supports website.

Deadline

All Cost Surveys are due via email by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Please return all completed cost surveys to HHSC Provider Finance Department Long-term Services and Supports, Center for Information and Training.
