Services will be covered from the period of 5/1/08 to 5/13/08 according to the benefit plan; however, medical providers need to wait until 5/13/08 to submit claims to the local BCBS Plan. If claims are submitted prior to 5/13/08, they will reject and the medical providers will need to resubmit the claims after 5/13/08.

The Zeledyne Service Center and Provider Inquiry Departments at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan are aware of this situation and can address this with employees and medical providers.
