The webinar link and conference # will be the same for each webinar. Please try the link prior to the meeting to ensure it works. Either click on it or copy and paste the entire link into a new browser. If it works it should take you to a meeting lobby where it will ask for a name. Enter any name and click "Enter Lobby". It will take a minute to load, but once it does it should take you to a blank blue screen. If this is not what you see, please email erm@bcbsil.com prior to the meeting so we can get the issue resolved.
