Please be aware that the Small Business Service Center (SBSC) will have a new address effective April 16, 2007. The SBSC serves producers with efficient and timely application processing for new and renewing small employer groups (2-50 employees).

Producers should use the following address for mailing purposes beginning April 16, 2007:

The move will enable SBSC staff to accommodate growth and provide better service and efficiencies. The following customer support telephone numbers will NOT change:

Although individual phone numbers for SBSC staff will change, a recorded voice message from the old numbers will provide callers with the new numbers. All e-mail addresses will remain the same.
