Preferred Provider Health Insurance Plan (PPO) Select Value^® Care ^SM also offers affordable, age-banded rates for child-only coverage. Other health insurance carriers may require the client or their spouse to purchase coverage to insure their child(ren). But with PPO Select Value Care, premiums for child-only coverage are based on the age of the child(ren), not whether they purchase other coverage. One application per child is required.
