Preventive Care

PPO Select^® Saver Series III, a Preferred Provider Health Insurance Plan, emphasizes preventive care with coverage for routine physicals, immunizations and diagnostic tests. When network providers are used for medical care, office visits and certain office setting services are generally covered at 75 percent of the allowable amount, subject to deductible. Some services, such as immunizations for children through age seven (7), are covered 100 percent.
