Child-only Coverage

PPO Select^® Saver Series III, a Preferred Provider Health Insurance Plan also offers affordable, age-banded rates for child-only coverage. Other health insurance carriers may require that the client or their spouse purchase coverage to insure their children. But with PPO Select Saver Series III, premiums for child-only coverage are based on the age of the child(ren), not whether other coverage is purchased. One application per child is required.
