Preventive Care
BlueEdgeSM Individual Health Savings Account (HSA) emphasizes preventive care with coverage for routine physicals, immunizations and diagnostic tests. When policyholders use network providers for their medical care, office visits and certain office setting services are generally covered at 90 percent (for Plans I - III), 75 percent (for Plans IV - VI) and 100 percent (for Plan VII) of the allowable amount, subject to deductible. Some services, such as immunizations for children through age seven (7), are covered at 100 percent of the allowable amount.
