To be eligible for Online Bill Payment, your client must:
Be a premium billed account OR a qualified ASO account.
Premium billed accounts receive a monthly bill that lists each subscriber and the coverage he or she has selected. ASO accounts are billed based upon claims activity. ASO accounts making one payment per week are eligible for online payment. To get your clients weekly invoices on Blue Access for Employers, contact your Account Representative.
Use Blue Access for Employers. Online payments can only be made through Blue Access for Employers. If your clients are not currently using Blue Access for Employers, have them Register Today!
If your clients are currently using Blue Access for Employers, encourage them to log in and begin using Online Bill Payment Immediately! From the Home Page of Blue Access for Employers, in the Billing section of the screen, click on the Online Payment option and then Create Payment Profile. Fill in the required information.
