Wellness Programs
Wellness programs are an important part of Blue Care Connection and include mailings about key preventive screenings and disease-specific immunizations based on your age, sex, or identified gap in care.
For example, women 40 and over and men 50 and over receive birthday cards reminding them to get health screenings recommended for their age.
As with all Blue Care Connection programs, Wellness Programs are part of your HealthSelect benefit and provided at no additional cost to you.
