Blue Access® for Members gives you access to many tools and resources that are secure and personalized. Blue Access for Members is your gateway to:
- Live Chat and email with BCBSTX Customer Service
- Membership information to confirm who is covered, PCP information, order medical ID cards, and print temporary cards
- Claims information, download Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and stop paper EOBs
- View year-to-date out-of-pocket summaries
