Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Blue® Texas is a health maintenance organization product offered to employer groups of two (2) or more throughout the state.

The HMO Blue Texas network includes 400 hospitals and almost 25,000 physicians statewide. Members must designate a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to coordinate all services, including specialist referrals and other precertifications.
