Reformatting PDFs

BlueResource PDFs can be reformatted by using the complete version of Adobe Acrobat.

Posters 

Would you like to scale down an 11x17-inch poster to an 8.5x11-inch format? Use Adobe Acrobat and follow these steps:

1. Select File, then Page Setup.
2. Click on the Properties box.
3. Select the Effects tab.
4. Check the Print Document on box, then select Letter in the drop-down box, and check Scale to Fit.
5. Finally, click on OK.

Paycheck Stuffers and Postcards 

Crop marks on paycheck stuffers and postcards can also be eliminated so you can use them electronically. Just follow these steps:

1. From the Menu, choose View, then Single Page.
2. From the Menu, select Document, then Crop Pages –OR—click on the crop tool icon.
3. Line up the crop tool at a corner of the stuffer or postcard (we recommend that you go to a corner with a color block), then drag to the corner on the opposite side.
4. Double click on the object, and the Dialog box appears.
5. Click OK.
6. If white edges still appear, repeat the above steps.

Be sure to repeat the cropping on the second page
